When is the office open?
Insight Eye Center is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, at 9485 Mentor Avenue, Suite 200, Mentor, Ohio 44060. Phone requests are answered during those hours; online requests sent outside them are returned on the next business day. For sudden vision loss, flashes and floaters, or severe eye pain after hours, go to an emergency room.

Is the online request a confirmed appointment?
No. It is a request. The office calls you to confirm a date and time, and nothing is booked until you speak with the staff.
How soon will the office call?
Usually the next business day. If you have not heard back within two business days, call (440) 286-1188.
Can I request an appointment for a parent?
Yes. Tick the "booking for a family member" box and the office will call you first.
Can I cancel or reschedule online?
Not yet — call the office at (440) 286-1188 to change an appointment. Please give at least 24 hours' notice.
Do I need a referral?
Usually not, though some insurance plans require one. The office checks this when it calls to confirm.
